Privacy policy

Last updated: 10/28/2026

1. What information we keep

2. What we use it for

To make the site work, to send you necessary emails (verifying your email, notices about your business, your plan or replies to your reviews), to moderate and to charge for the plans. We do not use your information for advertising.

3. What is public

Each business’s page, with the information the owner decides to publish, and the name of whoever writes a review. Your email is never shown.

4. Who we share it with

5. Cookies

AvenidaCuba uses only two cookies: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers the language if you chose it with the «English / Español» button. The cart is stored only in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We count visits anonymously, without cookies and without storing your IP address, only to know how many people use the site. We also count, just as anonymously, how many times an error screen appears, to know whether the connection or the site is failing; if there is no signal, your browser keeps that notice and sends it when the connection is back.

6. Your rights

You can see and correct your information from your account, and delete your account from «My account». When you delete it, your name, your email and your password are removed. Your reviews stay published as «Deleted user», and the orders you placed remain in each business’s records, which it needs for its accounts. For any other question about your information, write to us from Contact us.

7. How long we keep it

As long as your account exists or your business is on the site. Payment, order and sales records are kept even if the account is deleted, because they are part of the business’s accounts and ours.

8. Minors

AvenidaCuba is not for people under 18. If we find an account belonging to a minor, we close it.

9. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, the «Last updated» date will say so. For any question, write to us from Contact us.

This is a translation; if the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
